Sad Fat Man Week 1

195 lbs.

That's a lot for me. Being bald and fat isn't a good look, plus Jeff Ross already dominates that brand.

I don't like it.

Don't like how it feels in my back, like a full size Stretch Armstrong toy is hugging me.

Every pot hole I hit while driving, jiggles my belly reminding me of all my recent poor choices---like not avoiding all those obvious pot holes.

There's nothing wrong with being unhealthy, I have plenty of friends who are.

It's a personal decision, like not eating pork...which I indulged in A TON down in Puerto Rico---the place that contributed to at least ten to the twenty pounds I'd like to lose.
The rum is all sugar, the pork is fried deep deep deep in vats of oil and the light beer isn't that light when you drink in gallons.
Mofungo's and Pina colada's didn't help. Nor did engaging in the activity of "hammocking" which is like kayaking but if your kayak hung between two trees and wasn't a kayak--but a hammock.

I'm following two guidelines:
Daily Morning fasted cardio--anywhere from 10 minutes to 60 minutes
&
Alcohol Reduction-- the week will be made up of two dry days (no booze), four moderate days (0-4 drinks preferably not beer), and one let your bald hair down days (have at it).

Everything else will be the theoretical gravy. Strength workouts, walking, healthy diet, sauna sessions until dehydration and heat exhaustion set in, mountain biking alone, anorexia (elongated fasting sessions), water consumption--preferably puddle water so I can catch a stomach bug which is always helpful, tv consumption, and of course binging and purging(the one let your bald hair down day), all the basic healthy things.

My goal weight is 175lbs>
Goal Date: August 5th, 2022
I'll check in bi weekly which I think means every other week or does it mean twice a week? I'm not sure... I get those confused but regardless I mean, every other week.

Any tips. Let my fat ass know.
If you are trying to do the same. Again, let my fat ass know.
Looking forward to getting my fat shaming license returned to me.
As of now, I'll suffer with the rest.

My favorite part about this, is that I got to write a song called "Sad Fat Man."
My least favorite part about this is that the song is about me.

Lyrics:
He's a sad fat man, look at that gut
He's a sad fat man, I just threw up
He's a sad fat man, look at those rolls
He's a sad fat man, jiggle jiggle
He's a sad fat man, What have you done?
He's a sad fat man, What have you become...

I gained too much weight that I'm comfortable with over vacation. Instead of buying a whole new wardrobe and embracing my mass, I decided to embarrass myself into my fighting weight.
